Because our products are digital eBooks, our refund and return policy is slightly different from physical products.

1. Digital Products

All eBooks available on Nirru Academy are digital products. Once an eBook has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it generally cannot be returned or refunded.

Please carefully check the book title, description, price, and product details before completing your purchase.

2. When You May Request a Refund

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You paid for an eBook but did not receive the download/access information.
  • The downloaded eBook file is corrupted or technically unusable.
  • You received a different eBook from the one you purchased.
  • A technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing your purchased eBook.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same order, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. After verification, the duplicate payment may be eligible for a refund.

5. Wrong Product Purchased

Please verify your selected eBook before payment. Refunds are generally not available simply because you changed your mind or purchased the wrong eBook after receiving/accessing the digital product.

However, contact us if you believe there was a technical or ordering error, and we will review the situation.
